I guess the RPM's are the same that are listed through the "yum list" command using test repo you mentioned right?

They may or may not replace core CentOS packages and are not guaranteed to function properly Google also reveals that there is unixODBC 2. Many others are successfully using testing packages as well.
Using mysql-connector-odbc bit version I have a problem since I don't know how to make isql on 64bit system to use bit ODBC driver.
Why not the mysql-connector-odbc package from [c5-testing] that matches the unixODBC version? Board index All times are UTC.

I hope for the best. I understand the Enterprise philosophy CentOS is following and agree with it. I've read Readme first section of the forum before posting and it is quite a good guideline. Update problems are less likely to get you than the bugs and security holes they fix. However unixODBC version 2. I know that being "conservative" put you behind time sometimes as I am now: It looks to me that there is some 'nobody-wants-to-touch-it' aura surrounding this package since the date of those RPM's is - which is pre-CentOS 5.
